Reservations - Security deposit will hold
the unit; this must be received within 72 hours reservations
have been made. A prepayment of one-half the balance due
must be paid (30) days before arrival, remaining balance
due upon arrival. We do not accept personal checks; all
payments may be made by money order, certified or cash.
Please state unit number and reservation date on all payments.

Upon Arrival - Please check your unit thoroughly
upon arrival. Every effort is made to see that your unit
is cleaned and undamaged before your arrival. If this is
not the case, please report all discrepancies immediately
to .us to insure that the problem is resolved and that
you will not be held responsible.

Rates. - Rental rates are based on time
of year, location of unit and size of unit. All rates are
subject to 5% sales tax and 5% accommodations tax.

Security Deposits - The unit you occupy
will be inspected on your departure date. If the unit is
found to be clean (refer to Departure Cleaning) with no
evidence of damage, all keys are returned and check out
is on time your security deposit will be refunded 30 days
from your departure date. If any of the above mentioned
applies to your occupancy deductions will be made from
the deposit. If your security deposit does not cover the
amount required we would bill you for the difference. Certain
weeks and situations such as per person and extra large
groups may require a larger security deposit.

Departure Cleaning - Rental rate does not
include departure cleaning. Base Rate: 2 Bedroom: $45.00;
3Bedroom: $55.00; 4 Bedroom: $65.00; 5 Berm: $75.00 This
service does not include dishwashing, trash removal, stained
carpet or excessively dirty unit.

Cancellation Policy - A full refund less
a $50.00 administrative fee will be returned if renter
notifies Myrtle Beach Holiday 60 days or more in advance.
If cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival
date, then no refund will be returned unless unit is rented.
If unit is rerented a full refund less a $50.00 administrative
fee will be returned.

Pets - We do accept pets in some units,
there will be a nonrefundable pet fee required along with
security deposit. If damages from pet exceed pet fee other
deductions will be made from security deposit.

Parking - Please observe the following,
parking at most units is limited, please bring as few cars
as possible. Otherwise you could be asked to use a public
parking area close by. We have several duplexes and triplexes
that the parking area must be shared. Parking permits are
required.

Linens - No linens furnished (except on
some package promotions) Linens can be rented for $5.00
per set.

Locked closets - Many units have closets
that are used for storage. These areas are not included
in any rental. Please do not try to force entry to these
closets.

Ask about next year - Before check out
you may choose to let your security deposit stand for next
year's reservation.
